Minimum Requirements
- Master's degree in Education.
- Specialist qualification in the appropriate division.
- Recent experience (last five years) in teaching full-time in a school or working in administration for a school board.
- Two years experience of implementing the Ontario Curriculum in the appropriate division.
- Capability of applying Ethical Standards and Standards of Practice of the teaching profession.
- Experience in mentoring or supervision of teachers as an associate teacher, mentor teacher and/or person responsible for conducting teacher appraisals within a school context.
Details
- All PED 2143 professors are required to attend a course breifing on Wednesday August 27, 2008 at 10:00am.
- Course limited to part-time professor.
- Professors are to follow a set curriculum that will be provided for this course.
- This is a full-year course for 1.5 hours each week commencing the week of September 2, 2008 and finishing March 17, 2009.
- The first class for all sections is Tuesday September 2, 2008 at 10:00am.
- Closing Date: July 13, 2008.
