Award for Excellence in Teaching
The Faculty of Education Award for Excellence in Teaching was created in 2003 to recognize a professor for outstanding contributions to university teaching.
The award has been granted every year from 2003 to 2006 and once every two years afterwards and will alternate with the award for Excellence in research, given that appropriate candidates are nominated according to the nomination procedure.
The Faculty of Education Award for Excellence in Teaching is $1,500 deposited in a research account under the name of the recipient. The award will be presented on the occasion of the Teaching Lecture given by the recipient.
