Part II, Module 4: Human resources & resources management

At the conclusion of this module participants will:

1. Be able to plan staff assignments and time-tabling. They will understand the implications relating to the Labour Relations Act and the Employment Standards Act regarding human resources;
2. comprehend the Ontario Education Funding model, the importance of establishing budget priorities and use the school budgeting models and practice . They will also comprehend the necessity for transparency in allocating budget in an era of accountability and the value of using technology to enhance efficiency in budget tracking.
